We found first class specialists from the industry preparing great sessions for Admanagerforum for Publishers September 2016. Their focus is on hot topics around ad operations, ad technology and ad management.

Bruna leads the progammatic operations for LinkedIn in Europe. Most recently, she launched their programmatic offer across all European markets. She set the foundations and continues to develop the solid operating model that has sustained this growing business for LinkedIn.

With a background in media and tech companies, Bruna has a decade of experience in both advertising and project management. Prior to LinkedIn, Bruna worked in expanding and developing advertising operations at Microsoft. Her past experience also includes TV, mobile, market research, and B2B content marketing.

Bruna Gil is the Programmatic Operations Lead for EMEA at LinkedIn and holds the session with the title “Adding programmatic to the AdOps toolbox” at Admanageforum for Publishers September 2016.

Sherzod Rizaev (Minute Media)

Sherzod leads the global commercial operations at Minute Media where he is responsible for adtech / adstack , optimisation of demand partners, ad operations, all mediation, exchange and ad serving technologies, video advertising and page yield optimisation.

Sherzod has a decade of experience in the online marketing industry. He started on the sales side and this was the right background to shift the focus to work in a programmatic environment. There he could combine technical and financial perspective on advertising operations.

Sherzod Rizaev is Global Head of Commercial Operations at Minute Media and leads the session titled “Header Bidding in a Mobile Environment” at Admanagerforum for Publishers September 2016.

Alberto Santangelo (Viacom International Media Networks)

Alberto is currently Senior Ad Operations Manager at Viacom International Media Networks in London. During his 10 year career in digital ad operations has always worked in an international environment for companies with a global focus. His present and past specialties include online advertising, mobile & apps advertising, native advertising, content producer, publishing (print and online) and editorial.

He previously worked in ad operations for BBC Worldwide and Yahoo! Europe in London and, back in Italy, in the more traditional print publishing sector including travel guide books for Dorling & Kindersley.

Alberto Santangelo is Senior Ad Operations Manager at Viacom International Media Networks and leads the session titled “Integration of Adserver with Order Management Tool” at Admanagerforum for Publishers in September 2016.

David Fogarty (RTÉ Digital)

David leads the Commercial Operations and Design team for Ireland’s public service media organisation and largest multi-media publisher. The team is responsible for implementation, optimisation, testing and delivery of direct and in-direct (programmatic) ad sales across key digital platforms and services including RTÉ.ie, RTÉ Player, and the RTÉ News Now app.

When he joined RTÉ in 2012, he was coming from a role as Head of Ad Operations of a digital advertising sales company called Electric Media which was established with the Irish Times Group in 2008. For his entire professional career of 10 years, he has been working within the fields of operations, sales, marketing and design.

David Fogarty is Head of Commercial Operations at RTÉ Digital and leads the session titled “Responsive Design from an Adops perspective” at Admanagerforum for Publishers September 2016.
